i enjoyed the plentiful breakfast buffet. the food was fresh. at the buffet i particularly enjoyed the fish fried for me while i waited and large prawns also cooked in front of me. i stayed on the 2nd floor with a large balcony.
I noticed that the hotel is very busy. there are a lot of kids and families this time. I can only guess that people have extra cash to spend on holidays this year.

The breakfast offered a great selection of food, drinks, and coffees. I especially liked the fresh juices. the view from the breakfast area and my bedroom was amazing. the location was ideal with easy access to the public bus right outside the hotel! i really appreciated this convenience.
the staff at the pool and bar were sometimes rude and unhelpful, it was a letdown compared to the friendly service at breakfast. food and beverage prices at the hotel were quite high, especially considering the nearest shop was a 15-minute walk away. this made dining and drinks at the hotel less appealing.

the hotel offered direct beach access, which was incredibly convenient. the proximity to the public bus stop made getting around very easy. it allowed quick trips to nearby attractions, especially to the old town!

I observed several areas needing attention. The coffee and creamer were not consistently restocked in my room. I also noted wear and stains on the walls, curtains, and in the bathroom.. These issues, though minor, detracted from the overall experience. Free drinking water provided was limited to still water only. Bathrobe belts were missing, I observed.

I am grateful for our room's fine view. It faced the sea and I could see the Elafiti Islands from my beautiful room. The location is great and it. The room on the sixth floor was really big, modern and very clean.
The breakfast staff did not clean the tables quick enough. I saw staffs huddled in corners instead of serving guests at their tables. There weren't tea pot lids.

the staff were helpful at the front desk. the beach accessibility was convenient. i found its beauty unmatched, a good surprise for someone familiar with famous australian beaches.
i noticed water damage on the third floor's corridor, along with an unpleasant smell. the hotel was aware, only addressing it upon guest complaint. i think this is a dishonest practice for a hotel with a 5-star rating.

The views from the rooms were fine. I looked out towards the sea. service seemed worth the expense, a bus running from right outside. we missed out on two breakfasts in the momenti restaurant, reserved for 'v' guests. the hotel could improve by supplying written information about 'v' service perks.
The pool water was very cold. i wasn't brave enough to swim. there is a lovely indoor pool conveniently linked to the sun deck. the outdoor pool was too cold to use.

The hotel had a large beach area with complimentary beach chairs. The pool was nice and the gym was well equipped. The view was really good. The service I received was amazing, especially the valet parking. It was very helpful.
There were a few wasps around the outside seating areas at both bars, made sitting outside for breakfast or drinks slightly less enjoyable.
